South Coast House

Perched atop a ridge with sweeping views across the Kiama region, this five-bedroom home underwent an extensive renovation to showcase its spectacular views and bushland surrounds.

Designed in collaboration with Jospeh Grech Architects, the South Coast House was transformed from an old rabbit warren to a modern artistic home.

​A mix of bold statements and subtle design features ensued, which saw fit for the artist resident and family. A highlight of the new space featured an interesting art studio which captured the even south light and treetop scape with its high level glazing and angled roof.

 Sustainable features were key including a solar panel array, double glazed north facing windows and rainwater harvesting.
